It only takes a second to smile and a friendly Hello

It is a small world
It maybe just a small world but today, comparing it from twenty to thirty years ago, our world has changed and the people who lives in our weary world. Because of the economy, lost of jobs. the government, God knows what else, people are desperate and lonely, afraid. Depression sky rocket. We hear on the news what happen over in Haiti, many lives were taken from this awful earthquake and many children and animals and other lives were effected by this earthquake. When I heard the news o this tragic earthquake and may lives that were taken my heart ached for them, I ant to break down and cried. I pray for the many families and the missionaries that were sent over to help, doing God's work. It is sad. The other day my husband was watching the news, I was shocked to hear what he told they were saying in the news, people were pocketing money, money that should of and supposedly to help Haiti. I ask myself, question God; How can anyone be so heartless? How can any human being steal money or the donations that were suppose to go to help people who are n desperate need.
I know Satan is hard at work, he is a liar, a manipulated, deceiving, Christians can fight back for we have much more than the lost. We have the gift of God and rich in His glory. It only take a smile or even a friendly hello to live up someone spirits and encourage them they are not standing along. When my husband are at the store or at gas station purchasing gas and we happen to come across a person who are serving our country, I walk over to them, female or male and I thank them for serving our country. It may not be much but to them just by saying those two word with a smile, I appreciate them for fighting for our freedom. They are away from their families, away from home and maybe away from their children or husband or wife but because they love our country, our state, United States of America, fighting and sacrificing to keep USA free I want to thank them, let them I appreciate the sacrificing they are doing for all American citizens. We all sit here and have the freedom in the comfort of our home to write our stories on Hubs, the freedom to come and go as we please but if we stop and think for one second we have a lot to be thankful for. While those who are serving our country, the people from Haiti that lost everything, those who don't have fresh water to drink, yea a friendly hello or smile says a lot to someone who is down and out, to someone who may be depress and struggling to keep food and roof over their families heads and even health-care or even a love one who lost a daughter, mother, sister, Aunt or others to cancer or some other illness or accident or even lost in this wicked weary world we live in.
I thought I take a few minutes out of my time before I go to church this morning and loose my thoughts what I was going to write and what God inspires me to write and say. A smile and friendly hello or two words, Thank You or even a phone call to a family or friend that you may not have spoken to for some time and even a visit to a nursing home or shelter or orphanage home stop in visited a say hello. Trust me it makes a big different to them. It shows them they are not forgotten. I am going to church today I am going to share my smile and hugs. I know when someone says hello or gives me a friendly smile it makes my day. When I am down ad feel to blue to pray or stressed out, a smile says I love You in all sorts of ways.
